We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Advisor for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with real scope to be converted into a permanent role.
This is a fantastic organisation with excellent culture and values, offering hybrid working options with three days per week working in the office in Altrincham.
In this key role, as HR Advisor, you will focus predominantly on employee relations casework. You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.
We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience, strong employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills in resolving issues, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
