​Originally from a health and fitness background, I worked as a lifeguard, gym instructor, duty manager, and sales manager.

I then fell into recruitment 15 years ago and haven’t looked back since!

I’ve specialised in HR recruitment throughout my career and have worked with many fantastic organisations and many brilliant candidates.

For me, supporting someone in a career move that can vastly improve their lot and following people’s careers knowing I had a part in their success is awesome, which is ultimately why I love my job.

I am very much a people’s person; I enjoy meeting new people and developing relationships. I’m fascinated with what makes different people tick and the journeys they have been on both professionally and personally.

Outside work, my family is everything. I have an amazing partner, and without doubt the apple of my eye is my little boy, who was born in March 2022.

Watching my son grow and develop is by far my favourite past time, but I can often be found in the gym (when I get a chance, that is!) or setting the world to rights over a pint with my friends.

I also love going to gigs and most recently have been to see Guns N’ Roses, Richard Ashcroft, Liam Gallagher, Def Leppard, and Motley Crue.
