We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Specialist with excellent employee relations experience.
This is a fantastic organisation with excellent culture and values, offering remote working options with one day per week based on-site in the office in Runcorn. This is a commercial, values-based business that is performing very well and has ambitious, continuous growth plans.
In this key role, as HR Specialist, you will focus predominantly on employee relations casework, and you will also have the opportunity to support various projects, including TUPE and reward and benefit programs.
We are seeking a forward-thinking HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience, strong employment law knowledge, the confidence and ability to provide advice and coaching to managers on complex employee relations issues, well-developed business and personal judgement skills in resolving issues, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
