HR Administrator - Upto £26,000 - Hybrid (South Manchester office & Remote)

This business are well established, with a great reputation and an impressive track record of growth in recent years. Professional services in feel, they support a huge range of large corporate clients with a diverse portfolio of services.

The role of HR Administrator has come about due to growth and will take administrative responsibility for the full employee lifecycle across the business including processing employee data including starters, leavers, pay and benefits info and any changes to personal details. You will also take ownership and responsibility for the induction process for new employees and support the Recruitment lead in any associated admin.

They have recently introduced a new HR system so you will work alongside the team to embed this ensuring it is effective and being used to the best of it's capacity.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previously worked in an Administration capacity, ideally with some exposure to HR and will be comfortable working at pace with a varied workload.

The business have offices based in South Manchester, but you will likely work predominantly remotely with ad-hoc travel to the offices, perhaps once a week. The client are open to recruiting this role on a full or part time basis (no less than 25 hours per week).
