Senior Internal Communications Consultant 12 Mnth FTC| Professional Services | London
My client is a high profile global professional services firm. They are looking to recruit an Internal Communications professional to develop communications strategies for projects of strategic significance, that require behaviour change firmwide. The role will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing existing and new firmwide and regular internal communications channels. You will take responsibility for developing and managing line/people manager communications processes.
Key responsibilities:
*Advise and influence key stakeholders on strategy, engagement approaches, tactics and timings for key projects and initiatives, including advising on audience resilience to change.
*Monitor delivery of communications strategies to time, quality and budget and measure achievement of business objectives and outcomes. Identify actions for positive change that will support continuous improvement of change communications within the business.
*Facilitate the development of high level messaging for key projects , supporting delivery of key project communications strategies
*Review existing approaches and best practice to develop and promote the line/people manager communication channel, supporting managers to engage their teams in the firm's strategy and key projects.
*Building on the biennial channel review findings, develop, implement and evolve an internal communications channel strategy to reach and engage all audiences.
*Develop and manage firmwide and regular brand-aligned internal communications channels, curating content, maintaining consistency and ensuring alignment and reinforcement of key strategic messages.
*Drive content creation and review
*Take a lead role in shaping and content planning for high profile events such as the Partners' Conference and key launch events
The successful candidates will be/have
*Seasoned internal communications and change communications professional
*Experience of working at a strategic level within an organisation, building strong relationships with key stakeholders on large, complex and high-profile projects and initiatives.
*Experience of multi-channel management, including developing, sourcing, researching, writing, curating and developing content, including multi-media content.
*Experience of working in an international professional services environment.
