I've been in recruitment for over 20 years. Like so many of us do, I fell into it! I was first attracted to the industry as my sister was very successful in recruitment. To be honest, it looked like really good fun, especially in London where I spent some of my early career.

I was lucky enough to train with very experienced and successful head hunters. It didn't take me long to realise that I had an interest in hunting niche skillsets. Over time, I've adapted to working in pretty much any discipline. The bulk of my experience ranges from public sector, financial services and banking, professional services , FMCG and retail.

30 seconds scrolling my Twitter posts will reveal my biggest passions - cooking (especially trying new recipes), wine, travel, football (*sings blue moon*) and my two kids - not necessarily in that order!
