My experience in recruitment
I have 15 years experience in the recruitment field focused upon predominantly Financial and Professional services fields. I specialise in recruiting Marketing, Bid and Bids specialists for Professional Services firms on a national level.
I was a rather confused child with ambitions of becoming a train driver and a football manager (amongst other vocations) until I finally found my calling in November 2000 as a Recruiter in London.
I graduated in Journalism from Sheffield Hallam Uni in 1998 and started my career in Recruitment November 2000 in the London Finance market as a trainee headhunter progressing to head the Public Sector Finance team in 2002. I then moved to set up a HR Investment banking and Professional Services division growing the team to an established and recognised brand. I relocated back to Manchester in January 2004 where I managed the Financial Recruitment division of an established global recruiter before joining Adam in October 2008.
My specialist skills include permanent and interim resourcing, campaign management and extensive senior search as well as selection experience at executive level.
