Interim HR Business Partner - initially 3 months
Central London
Circa £60,000 p.a. (day rate considered)

Our client is an innovative, fast paced business, which offers a diverse range of market leading services within their niche service sector. The organisation is entering a programme of change, and now seeks to strengthen their HR function to support and implement a first-class HR service across the business.

This is a true generalist role, involving all aspects of HR, however a key focus will be to implement a high-performance culture, and to coach and develop management. As a key business partner, you will work closely with your business to drive and enhance organisational effectiveness. Additionally, you will be required to deliver best practice initiatives across employee relations, performance management, talent management, reward and employee engagement.

We are seeking a process focused individual with the flair and pragmatism to deliver visionary HR practices. To succeed, you will combine a sophisticated range of influencing styles, a strong honed business acumen and a robust ability to build excellent working relationships.

CIPD qualified, you will possess an outstanding operational knowledge of HR combined with the ability to implement HR initiatives that will result in tangible business benefit. Due to the interim nature of this role, we require applications from immediately or shortly available candidates.
