Senior Marketing Manager

This is an exciting role reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will own all end-to-end

marketing campaigns, programs, and tactics to achieve pipeline targets. This role will help to build

the marketing foundations to support new business growth across both the domestic and

international markets, introduce digital excellence best practices and be responsible for establishing a full demand generation programme, both broad and ABM.

As an experienced B2B Tech Marketer you will be comfortable at both a strategic and operational

level, with keen industry knowledge you're able to ramp up quickly to support this fast-growing

start-up. Working in a small but dynamic team, you will be comfortable working at pace and able to execute across all areas of the marketing mix. You have a plethora of strategies and tactics to

generate interest in B2B tools and tech and you're comfortable supporting client success with

customer marketing strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to lay the

Primary Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Commercial Director, set the strategy and drive the demand generation programme across digital, events and content programmes (goals, budget, KPIs, staffing and internal communication).
Optimise all digital website components from Google Analytics to SEO you will be responsible for the development of a new website and all reporting KPIs associated, plus ongoing management of web agency.
Management of Marketing Automation and CRM (Hubspot), ensuring best practice lead flow from MQL to Close.
Establish and drive digital Account Based Marketing
Optimise email marketing strategy with nurture flows, targeted email campaigns and reporton KPIs.
Responsible for all paid social activity across key channels
Comfortable writing email, paid social and ad copy and optimising it for engagement.
Manage digital syndication programmes with paid media partners.
Support with content strategy
Support with Events Marketing, both hosted and third party ensuring they are optimised for lead generation and reporting is clear and accurate.
Drive product marketing strategy with the rollout of new products, customer and external communication.

Minimum Requirements

8 - 10 years of experience working for a B2B technology company, with at least 3 years with full responsibility for commercial targets.
A proven track record of establishing and continuously improving effectiveness of demand generation programmes and tactics.
Extensive experience with Marketing Automation, you have set up and monitored all lead flow activity.
Happy working as part of a small and dynamic team, great team player, creative and detail oriented.
Experience with targeted programs directed at key enterprise accounts
Experience managing a marketing budget and working closely with the CFO
Accurate forecasting for the Management team
