Job description

An exciting opportunity has come available for a experienced receptionist to work in Westminster on a 6 month contract


Skills and Experience:

*Facilitate all activities and communications relating to Reception and Front of House functions, including promptly dealing with all incoming telephone calls in a personal, professional and highly effective manner;
*Incoming and outgoing correspondence, and co-ordination of couriers and other high priority delivery logistics;
*Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements;
*Liaise with clients, business partners and suppliers, as well as our own teams, as required;
*Provide general support and assistance to Lead and Senior Administrators working in a busy Administration Services Office;
*To liaise with the Housekeeping Staff to ensure that the building is kept to the required standard;
*Controlling and monitoring of stationery and office requisites in line with budgets;
