This is a great opportunity to join a small group of delivery professionals who are passionate about delivering successful projects and products for their clients. Well versed in a variety of methodologies and frameworks - from PMI and Prince 2 to Agile and Kanban - they pride themselves in being flexible and choosing the right approach to projects based on their requirements (rather than defaulting to one).

The Role...

*Consult with clients about new work and briefs
*Write quality Statements of Work (SoWs), Change Orders (CRs) and other forms of project documentation
*Work with the team to properly plan out, resource and cost projects
Project Management, Governance and Control
All projects - regardless of methodology - adhere to a set of common standard practices. It is expected that all Delivery Managers are proficient in the following:
*Budget and Financial Management - reconciling estimates, actuals, forecasts, reporting on revenue recognition, invoicing
*Risk Management and the ability to report objectively and accurately on project health
*Able to facilitate roadmapping and estimation for the production of a "first backlog" or schedule of work.
*Resource Management; ensuring the correct resources are booked, in line with timings and the budget
*Stakeholder management and the ability to consult with clients, manage expectations and when necessary, have difficult, diplomatic conversations
*Facilitating retros / lessons learned sessions and ensuring learnings are applied

Teamwork & Facilitation

In partnership with the heads of department, they expect Delivery Leads to be actively involved in managing and motivating the project team to promote exceptional teamwork and performance. This includes developing meaningful relationships with other project stakeholders - clients, 3rd parties - encouraging alignment, and ensuring impediments are removed and excellence is nurtured.

What you will have....
