Job description

Our client/Job purpose:

Our client is an ethical Fintech company who we have worked with for a number of years. Founded in 2014 by a group of tech entrepreneurs that wanted to make fairer finance accessible to more people globally.
The business offers affordable finance, tailored to the needs of customers, retailer and shoppers. Offering technology solutions and market leading financial products designed to improve ecommerce conversion and increase customer satisfaction.

The owner is a very successful entrepreneur who has worked across Fintech and finance for many years, the business is well funded and privately backed and is currently in a very exciting transition.

Our client is looking for a marketer who relishes the thought of taking on big brands with a challenger brand mentality. You will have a large degree of autonomy, and consequently accountability to do what is right for the business in the UK. Working closely with the Global CMO, Business Development team in the UK and regional managers, support from Tech and Brand agencies.

You will be responsible for planning, execution and evaluation of the UK marketing activities - both B2B and B2C - with a focus on ROI.

Tracking, measuring and analysing performance of each campaign is paramount.

Overall, you will lead the effort in making the brand a known and trusted name in the UK.
