What is the role?
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own TA within the organisation. Reporting into the Head of HR you will be the expert and work collaboratively with the HR team to develop strategies for hiring great talent. This is a business that recruits on both a volume and non volume basis, therefore you will be proactive in building talent pools and routes to market to enable the business to scale up at short notice while ensuring attention is paid to giving a great candidate experience. You will be expected to be creative in terms of routes to market, and will develop a strategy that encompasses multiple tools such as social media, job adverts, direct sourcing and third party relationships, along with supporting the development of a robust EVP. Bearing in mind the digital transformation the business is undertaking, it's important that the TA specialist is 'tech savvy', comfortable using an ATS and able to simplify processes that support a great candidates experience.
There will be some admin & advisor support for this role, but it is expected that the TA Specialist will carry out a blend of both hands on and strategic work. With this is mind you must be able to prioritise effectively and manage expectations of stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
A curious and commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role would suit someone who loves working at pace and being able to see the results of their hard work. Ideally you will have experience of both volume and non volume recruitment strategies within a corporate setting but we are flexible as long as it is clear how your experience could translate. This person should also be able to work with Senior Leaders, both in HR and the wider business to advise and provide counsel on TA challenges and market insights. You will be the expert and must be able to demonstrate your knowledge.

They work on a hybrid basis, with roughly 2 days expected in Head Office in Bedfordshire. The salary on offer is upto £60,000 plus a car allowance of £5,500 and further benefits.
