Senior HR Manager - Cheshire - Upto £55k - Permanent

This business is a fast paced, creative and entrepreneurial organisation who are looking to raise the profile of the Human Resources team and add value as a true business critical function. With a number of projects on the horizon, they are now looking to add a Senior HR Manager to the team.

This role will be a great mix of team leadership responsibility, and project focus. Ultimately they are looking to review the current state of play, identify areas for improvement, and deliver changes to a high standard. The Senior HR Manager will be hands on where appropriate but will also lead the team, ensuring they are empowered to make decisions and get involved in the wider business. You will work towards embedding a proactive mindset across the team, where relationships with managers are strong and potential issues are identified early on, in addition to streamlining and strengthening processes. This role is truly generalist, with involvement in ER, resourcing, development, reward and recognition, and wider business change. You will build relationships across the leadership team, positioning yourself and your team as an enabling function, with solid understanding of commercials and how a robust people strategy can support business growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR generalist, who is comfortable in a role which couples operational work with strategy. You must have lead a team in a HR capacity, and enjoy developing and coaching others.
