Senior HR Advisor (9-12 month FTC)
Hybrid or Remote working available with office locations in West Sussex, Chester and Glasgow
A superb opportunity has arisen to join a diverse & exciting organisation, which is undergoing significant growth through acquisition. They require a Senior HR Advisor to join a small dedicated team in one of their long established & highly successful business areas in the South East to work as a HR consultant, providing maternity cover on a 9-12 month FTC.
You will act as a HR consultant supporting a range of clients in the third sector, advising and guiding senior leaders and business owners across the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with your key stakeholders, and ultimately delivering a best practice, first class HR service. The role encompasses both operational HR and projects, depending on business issues, you'll have the opportunity to work in an incredibly varied role spanning across; change management, employee relations, performance & capability, development, resourcing, restructure and redundancy.
You will need to be a real self-starter with excellent time management skills, sound employment law knowledge and a proven track record of delivering HR solutions within a complex and challenging business environment. Experience of providing HR support within the third sector and CIPD L5 or chartered membership is highly desirable. You will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and HR best practice.
