Senior HR Advisor: Permanent: Manchester City Centre: Paying up to £37,000 (DOE) + Benefits

Adam HR are thrilled to be representing our leading professional services client in their search for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an expanding and well-respected organisation in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, the Senior HR Advisor will provide operational support across the business, identifying any areas for improvement by working closely with the HRBP's to deliver efficient HR solutions.

The Senior HR Advisor will be required to be a strong generalist and will be accountable for the following:
* Employee Relations - dealing with ad-hoc HR queries, advising managers on policy and procedure, end to end management of a varied ER caseload
* Change Management - supporting the HRBP's with change initiatives such as restructures, consultations, redundancies etc.
* Working closely with the Talent teams and L&D to provide ongoing opportunities for emerging talent and career development
* Absence Management - monitoring absence levels, Occupational Health referrals,
* Induction and Onboarding
* HR MI - undertaking regular analysis of key variables, taking note of trends in the data and creating a variety of reports
* HR Projects - supporting managers with a variety of HR projects on an ad-hoc basis

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previously worked in an end to end HR Advisory capacity as well as the following:
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified but those who are currently working towards this will also be considered
* Strong employment law knowledge with experience of autonomously managing ER casework
* A competent user of Microsoft Office packages, a good level of IT skills and sound working knowledge of HR systems
* An articulate and credible individual who can communicate effectively at all levels within the business
* Previous experience of working remotely and successfully building relationships in a remote environment
