Lead the relationship strategy for established, national household brands with this Senior Customer Relationship Manager role in Cheshire. Working on a team of 3 other Relationship Managers and reporting into the Director of Relationships, this role will manage a variety of clients within Regulated industries, with a Customer Experience focus rather than a sales focus.

This isn't a role for a Customer Relationship Manager who is looking to simply provide day to day business member services- you will be spending time with customers, building up trust, helping them see the value of the services the company provides, helping them get the most out of these services and increasing NPS score. You will be given autonomy to strategically plan, be given support from the wider team and be measured against realistic KPIs.

Needed for this position-

-Experience in a B2B Customer Relationship Manager position
-Demonstrable experience adding value for member companies in a previous role
-Experience working with B2B customers in a regulated sector is preferable e.g. energy, engineering
-Experience working alongside MI/BI teams to utilise data and customer insight
-A proactive, driven, self-motivated approach
