Senior Change Manager - Professional Services - 12 Month FTC

My client is a global consulting and advisory firm with a reputation for innovation and exceptional service. Their leading Change Program within the business requires further support with an additional hire
of a highly experienced Change specialist. As a Senior Change Manager, you will own the delivery of change management across the support framework and infrastructure of the firm. You will take responsibility for directly leading the change within strategic projects and providing oversight and direction to the wider change initiatives. You will promote and educate on best practice change principles at all levels of the organisation and demonstrate change leadership to ensure behavioural change is achieved in line with the vision for your functions. You will also ensure that the level of change impact being received within your core business streams and the wider organisation is effectively managed.
The successful candidate will have:
* Significant experience managing change in a large organisation.
* Project and Programme Management experience.
* Transformational Programmes & Change experience also beneficial.
* Thorough knowledge and experience of change management approaches, methodologies and tooling.
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the whole organisation
