What is the role?

This role will lead, develop and deliver on the growth agenda, complementing and supporting the marketing strategy. Building from the ground, using the processes and strategy in place to deliver growth objectives. Using internal/external stakeholder
relationships to develop and identify new and existing business opportunities through new business portals and networking. Leading bids/tender and proposals, working closely with a 3rd party team.

Who are they looking for?

An experienced business development professional, with a strategic and holistic overview of business development, not pure sales. Evidence of building something from the ground up. Experience of working across public and private sector or similar regulator environment, involved in bid/tenders and proposal processes to win and secure business.

A candidate who is commercially focused, with the ability to show tangible results and uplifts in profits and growth in previous roles. The ability to deal with a wide range of clients at all levels.
