We're currently supporting a highly successful third sector organisation based in the North West in their search for a Reward Partner. Heading up reward and leading a small team, you will be joining a passionate wider HR team and will be focused on curating & delivering a first class reward strategy.
The role is accountable for the full reward & cycle, responsibilities will include:
*driving reward & recognition
*managing pay review, incentive schemes, benefits
*salary banding and pay modelling
*job evaluation (HAY)
*leading on reward projects & internal reward committee
*engaging and consulting with Trade Unions
As the strategic lead for reward, you will provide insightful reward advice and support to the wider team, enabling them to provide a valuable reward service. You will have proven success delivering on reward projects, leading a team and will have operated at a senior level managing internal relationships and external partnerships.
As Reward ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering best practice and innovative reward strategies. You may be an experienced reward specialist, or a HR generalist with strong knowledge and interest in the reward space. What's key if your ambition, sharpness and ability to lead and drive your team to deliver a first class reward service. You will need to be an excellent communicator and comfortable liaising at an exec level, experience dealing with Trade Unions is highly advantageous.
