The Company

We are delighted to be supporting this highly successful national brand with North-West routes, they are an ambitious and visionary market leader in their services industry. They have rapidly growth through acquisition and with private equity backing they are set to continue the acquisition trail looking to double in size. This newly created Recruitment Manager role will be pivotal to the businesses success and strengthen the wider HR service.

The Role

As Recruitment Manager you will own the resourcing function reporting directly into the HRD, you will have support from a Recruitment Administrator and sit within the wider HR team. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and be tasked with designing and implementing effective resourcing processes. Supporting managers across multiple sites, you will develop the recruitment function to ensure they are attracting and selecting the best talent and enhancing their employee brand.

Key focus for the first 12 months will include gathering and analysing key metrics, developing contemporary and innovative attraction strategies, running local recruitment events, working closely with the Training Academy who manage the Apprenticeship pipeline to consider longer term needs and creating a strong employee value proposition (EVP).

The Candidate

Passionate and truly driven by providing a first-class recruitment service you will need to have excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach. You will be an established Recruiter with proven experience developing an effective resourcing function and improving processes in a multi-site environment. Ideally you will have gained experience from within the education sector from agency or in-house setting. Commercially minded you will be experienced holding budget responsibility and delivering, in line with timescales and budget constraints. You will be operating at both a strategic and operational level, responsible for hands-on resourcing.
