What's the role?

Working as a key part of a small team, you will be a vital "cog in the wheel" during a period of high activity and significant business growth, In essence, the role requires excellent stakeholder & communication skills alongside a proven track record of project management expertise.

A lynchpin with stakeholders at all levels & functions within the organisation, you will be leading project teams ensuring successful delivery on-time, in-full and within budget. These projects will focus on new product development and existing product development, but will also extend to other initiatives.

What are they looking for?

Appropriate project manager experience is key, with a high preference of experience NPD projects within an FMCG or branded product environment. A natural collaborator & influencer, you'll be skilled at leading teams and projects especially within a fast paced environment and one undergoing demonstrable change. You'll also have strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to work across functions including operating with 3rd party suppliers. Using well honed organisation skills and an excellent attention to detail, you'll be proactive, be able to multitask & make insightful decisions within a fast moving change business.
