They have been on a real change journey over the last few years, this newly created People Partner role will be fundamental in supporting the business realise future ambitions in this the next chapter.
This standalone People Business Partner role is truly generalist in nature, with an interesting mix of business as usual combined with HR projects. Reporting into the Senior leadership team you will take ownership for partnering key stakeholders and managers across the business translating business strategy into operational people action plans across the business.
You'll be passionate about providing a best in class people service, getting the basics right and implementing change in the way they do things across employee relations, recruitment, performance and talent management, employee engagement and development. You'll be a true advocate of the company values, promote a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion, continuous learning and high performance. Fast paced and demanding in nature you will receive very supportive management and autonomy to drive change and impact the wider business.
Sector experience isn't important here what's needed is a truly driven HR professional passionate about building a credible and first-class HR service. You'll need to be commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. Previous exposure to scale up and high change environment is highly desirable as would be experience of implementing a new HRIS. CIPD L5 qualified or equivalent you will be a proven generalist business partner with high attention to detail and excellent influencing skills.
In return, you can expect a basic salary circa £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience, hybrid and flexible working & benefits, plus the opportunity to have a real impact and be part of an exciting journey within a successful and evolving business environment.
