HR Advisor (Part-time, 3 days per week) - Permanent - c£41k (FTE) - Greater Manchester
A Greater Manchester business with a large transformation and growth agenda. HR is well embedded in the business and is a key part of this change programme, closely aligned to business units and leaders ensuring the people agenda is aligned to the business strategy.
This role will work with a team of HRBPs to support a professional client group. It will have strong projects bias, along with reporting and providing insights to both HR and business stakeholders. Although not a volume ER environment, when issues do arise they can be complex, therefore you will support managers ensuring all the relevant tools are available and they feel confident in the process.
We are looking for someone with a broad generalist skillset who is keen to join a well-embedded team and roll their sleeves up. You will get exposure to high profile projects and will be a support to Managers as they continue on this journey. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team, and although a large team you will feel a part of the big picture. In addition to the generalist skillset we are also looking for someone who is confident using excel for reporting.
This role is being offered on a part time / 3 day per week basis (flexibility on which days), 2 of which will be onsite. The full time salary is c£41k, pro rate to roughly £25k for 3 days per week, plus a great bens package.
