The Job:

An exciting opportunity to build & manage paid media campaigns for a large nationwide organisation. With multiple brands and a number of different services to offer, the role will be varied and challenging. Their offices are based in Manchester, but remote working is a part of the company's culture.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for developing, managing and optimising online paid media campaigns
*Working hands on to build large paid media campaigns from scratch using Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
*Manage and continuously optimise on-going paid media campaigns.
*Report on paid campaigns and continue to make suggestions on improvements.
*Use insights from analytics platforms to suggest changes to paid campaigns.
*Be hands on in regards to ad set up, account structure and other tasks in order to drive campaign performance
*Work with affiliates to improve performance by increasing reach and driving more conversions.
*Make suggestions on improvements to campaign landing pages.
*Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to create a paid media strategy.

Skills:

*Strong numerical and analytical skills are vital for the role
*Passion for digital marketing and its best practices
*A passion to stay up to date on changes to paid media.
*Minimum of 4 years' experience working with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
*Experience working with affiliates is a bonus.
