Marketing Manager | Professional Services | Manchester

Salary Pro Rata (3-4 Days a Week)

My client is a dynamic and growing advisory and consulting firm based in Manchester, they are highly regarded within their specialist sector. They are looking to recruit an exceptional Marketing Manager to work with the leadership team to understand the key business objectives and strategy and develop and implement a creative brand and marketing strategy in line with these objectives. In this newly created position you will define and develop digital marketing, PR and communications, campaigns and events that differentiate the firm from their competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

*Redevelop and maintain the website in partnership with external design agencies ensuring it is both positioned appropriately and optimised for search.

*Develop an ongoing content strategy to support business areas

*Produce annual email campaign plans, to both increase registrations and stimulate new clients and briefs oversee production of high quality email content.

*Work closely with Systems provider to develop database for marketing purposes.

*Develop and define the brand

*Create a campaign plan for social media activity

Manage production of sales collateral

*Ensure that marketing plans are tracked and measured for ROI

*Advise the leadership team on all areas of marketing and communications, attending the leadership meetings and driving the marketing agenda

*Plan a programme of events as required

Essential requirements for the role:

-Proven track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns within professional services/business services

-Experience defining and implementing email marketing campaigns

-Experience evolving brands and producing brand guidelines

-Understanding of website content management systems

-SEO experience

- Experience developing and implementing social media strategy

-Managing external suppliers

-Measuring performance of marketing campaigns

-Copywriting experience

-Relevant qualification in Marketing

-Knowledge of regulated industries beneficial but not essential
