Job description

We are helping Ignite Growth find an ambitious and experienced marketing manager. Ignite Growth is a marketing agency that specialises in attracting patients for high-value healthcare and cosmetic treatments, through paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram and Google.

We're looking for a dynamic, driven and ambitious marketing manager to help Ignite Growth quadruple the business over the next two years - by generating new customers through content, organic social media, paid ads and email marketing.


The Role:

The main purpose of this role is to drive the agency's growth over the next two years and manage the marketing team at the Ignite Growth.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Create and implement a content marketing strategy to help generate leads and sales calls
*Create client-attracting content like how-to guides, lead magnets and case studies
*Manage the website (new one launching soon!), blog and social media channels - to help build organic traffic and domain authority
*Manage email marketing to prospects and identify upsell opportunities to existing clients
*Repurpose content into micro-content across social media channels
*Manage the marketing budget to amplify content through Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube paid ads
*Analyse data and analytics to constantly optimise and improve campaigns and adapt the marketing strategy
*Liaising with the sales team to maximise the value from each campaign and attribute sales/conversions back to the marketing campaigns
*Hiring and managing a team of marketers including designers, copywriters, video editors etc.


Who are we looking for?

We're on the hunt for a driven, dyanamic and ambitious person with several years marketing experience, who can work independently (with strategic guidance and direction), as this is a remote position.

You'll be constantly looking to build and expand your knowledge and improve your skills, and you intimately understand the sales and marketing relationship. You'll be organised and structured, as well as being comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing others.
HubSpot experience will be essential, and you'll be used to using HubSpot to run ads, manage social media, create landing pages, blogging, SEO, and planning/running campaigns. You're experienced at re-purposing existing content into evergreen microcontent.

You understand how different marketing channels can be used for small, local businesses like Ignite Growth's clients, and have a knack for writing actionable content, conversion copy and making complex things simple.

You're experienced working with third parties like designers, copywriters, video editors, etc. and fascinated by consumer behaviour and understanding why people buy
