Marketing Comms Executive

Working Culture: Hybrid. For the first month you will be based in the office everyday to learn the systems and enjoy a full induction. From the second month 3 days in the office, 2 days a week working form home.

Location: Trafford, Greater Manchester

Salary: £27k- to circa £30k DOE

Are you an Marketing Executive looking for an exciting new role with a great B2B company? If so, we have the prefect role for you! The role is mostly external comms focused with a little internal comms. This company also have marketing agency support.

The Role:

  • Plan, deliver and measure product launches and campaigns.
  • Update the company's literature to reflect the new branding.
  • Develop posts and produce graphics.
  • Generate new ideas based on company activity.
  • Work with external PR agency to produce press releases and articles and to distribute these to media.
  • Negotiate rates with publishers for advertising and PR, and place media when booked.
  • Write, edit and proof-read copy across a range of different communication types.
  • Produce case studies to showcase key projects.
  • Assist with the development of email marketing.
  • Develop internal communications materials including company newsletters.
  • Organise still photography, drone and video footage.
  • Track and report on campaign success to demonstrate ROI.
  • Update fixing instructions, product labelling and packaging to reflect new branding.
  • Organise company presence at trade show events.
  • Product Marketing responsibilities including supporting the NPD Team

You:

  • Previous B2B external marketing communications experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of successful communications with KPIs achieved.
  • Excellent copy writing and proof-reading skills
  • Social media savvy.
  • Experience with event planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Capable of working as part of a team as well as managing own workload.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Previous design experience using InDesign / Quark would be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and can create copy
  • Trade press experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience in Mailchimp an advantage
