Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager for our client, a company based in Lancashire.
We are looking at candidates with a wide experience of conducting campaigns across multiple channels and marketing platforms. The role will suit a results-driven marketer, who has strong campaign and marketing project management skills.
The role is ideally suited to a creative marketing professional with a flair for producing engaging campaigns and adopts an analytical approach to understanding campaign results.
A strong eye for detail, coupled with the ability to segment data and confidence in using marketing platform software, the Marketing Campaigns Manager will work closely with backend developers and the PPC agency to deliver strong online results from organic and paid-for activity.
The candidate must be able to hone and translate briefs into robust campaigns, managing expectations and relationships along with way.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Employ a strategic approach with targeted campaigns focused on specific segments to drive leads and conversions
* Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of email marketing & offline campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
* Set up, test and optimise an extensive suite of intelligent automated / triggered campaigns
* Write, edit and proofread copy for marketing campaign materials
* Ensure that the organisation's brand identity & tone of voice is adhered to in campaigns across all channels
* Produce regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs / ROI
* Ensure accuracy & excellent quality standard of marketing campaign materials
* Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
* Support with administering the company websites & other marketing channels
* Keep on top of current trends in marketing & the food industry to inform campaigns
Key Skills / Experience:
* Excellent communication, written English skills and experience of copywriting
* High standard of numeracy and ability to manage data and drill through datasets using Excel (of which your will have at least an intermediate skill level)
* Be guardian of the data, with ownership over the inventory of the e-commerce website
* Must be digitally literate and be able to demonstrable an understanding of digital marketing
* Strong organisation and forward-planning skills
* Creative approach with a good eye for design of campaigns
* Experience and a strong understanding of email marketing and CMS platforms is essential
* Competency with HTML is desirable
System Experience:
* Mailchimp - desired (or must have strong experience of email platforms)
* Google Analytics - essential
* Magento - desired (or must have strong experience of CMS systems)
* Sage - desired
* Adobe Suite - desired
* Microsoft Suite - essential, WFH after successful probation 1 day a week
