As Management Development Specialist the role will be high profile in terms of working with managers and leaders across an extremely diverse population to ensure they have the skills and tools to lead their teams and identify and drive high potential. You will be encouraged to take an innovative approach to learning interventions, using a wide variety of tools to design and deliver training which is engaging, informative and ultimately delivers tangible results. Many interventions will be bespoke for the client group, therefore a high level of stakeholder management will be necessary, working in a consultative manner to truly understand learning needs.
What are they looking for from a Management Development Specialist?
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully creating a range of contemporary and innovative learning interventions for a varied management population. Some knowledge and understanding of employee relations / employment law would be advantageous, as would experience of a variety of learning interventions including workshop based and e-learning. This is a unique role and as such would suit an individual who is comfortable in a fluid and fast paced environment, while being able to work autonomously and think creatively.
