Learning and Development Partner - £50k - Greater Manchester - Permanent

This business is growing, with significant financial investment and ambitious plans to improve on past strong performance. A key part of the strategy is developing their people across the business, ensuring there is a robust Learning and Development strategy underpinning the wider people agenda.

This role will be part of a newly formed team, working closely with the Head of L&D to evolve the offering towards an innovative and values driven proposition which supports employees at all levels across the business. This role will be aligned to a range of professional client groups and will be their voice at a corporate level L&D wise. The L&D strategy leads with three top priorities which are; Leadership Development, Induction and Career Pathways, blueprints will be developed by the L&D team as a whole, and you will then ensure this is tailored for your area and addresses their needs. The role will have a little bit of everything from an L&D perspective and you will have the opportunity to influence the agenda and have your voice heard.

We are looking for someone who knows their stuff from an L&D perspective and really wants to own something, with the support of a wider team. A varied toolkit is essential in this role and we are looking for someone to bring not only ideas, but action and outcomes too. You will have delivered L&D interventions in a business environment previously, and will be able to engage a variety of stakeholders confidently.
