The Role
As Product Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of your product portfolio — from ideation and development through to launch, growth, and continuous improvement.
You’ll be the subject matter expert, collaborating across the business with Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Legal to deliver innovative products that align with company strategy and customer needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the lifecycle of your product suite across connectivity, cloud, voice, and security.
- Delivering new products and features to time and budget.
- Managing legacy product evolution — improving, replacing, or retiring as needed.
- Translating market insight and customer feedback into tangible product improvements.
- Supporting commercial business planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Creating business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and product documentation.
- Acting as an internal product evangelist, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
About You
You’ll be confident managing multiple moving parts, balancing commercial sense with technical understanding. You don’t just manage products — you own them.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles.
- Strong background in telecommunications — ideally across connectivity, networking, cloud, or security.
- Technical acumen to understand complex products and translate them into business value.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on customer outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset — you see challenges as opportunities.
