About the Role
HR Lead / Manager
12 month FTC

If you’re a HR Business Partner or HR Manager who loves getting stuck into a project or two then this could be a great opportunity to do just that.
Due to a period of transition this small, growing business is looking for a HR professional who can provide support on some key projects along with bolstering the existing team from both a capability and capacity perspective.
Key areas of focus will include supporting the people stream of a new ERP system, working with the HRD on culture and wellbeing initiatives, helping to define the direction of the HR strategy for the next 12-18 months and providing a consistent point of contact during this time of flux.
Ideally you will be a HR professional with specific experience of delivering time sensitive projects, ideally including people systems implementation and optimisation along with wider people initiatives. In short you’ll be agile, adaptable, and able to turn your hand to most aspects of a HR role.
The salary is c£60,000, and the role is being offered on a 12 month FTC basis. They operate a hybrid model of three office days and 2 working from home days per week.
