The role covers the full modern People spectrum, and in reality, it’s about building the People function of the future, not just delivering HR.

Early priorities will include setting a clear People strategy, defining future workforce needs, modernising the function, raising leadership capability and ensuring values are a living part of everyday business life. Data insights are key to using evidence to drive decisions around performance, engagement and structure will be a big part of your world.

You’ll enjoy this job if you’re commercially minded, pragmatic and comfortable working in complexity. You’ll definitely need to enjoy transformation, and influencing senior stakeholders.
