Learning and Development Business Partner
Circa £40,000 doe
Lancashire based with some home working

We are delighted to be exclusively supporting this high growth industrial business in their search for a Learning and Development Business Partner. In short, they are a multifaceted, fast-moving organisation seeking to strengthen their wider HR service to support the learning delivery goals & vision of the business.

What will I be doing?

In this newly created Learning & Development Partner role, you will be supporting the delivery of a first-class People strategy. Partnering with stakeholders across the business you will be tasked with identifying learning and development needs across the business and designing and delivering fit for purpose interventions to address knowledge and skills gaps, improve performance and develop staff.

This role will be a true blend of design, delivery and strategic L&D work, key areas of focus will include supporting the onboarding process, ensuring compliance in relation to all H&S and mandatory training, leading on management development activity, ensuring full utilisation of levy spend and running the Training Academy Programmes.

What are they looking for?

An ambitious delivery focussed Learning & Development professional who can work autonomously and be able to truly embed themselves in the business to get under the skin of what they need. You will possess the ability to build strong working relationships, and a true passion to help drive the development strategy forward.

You will need to have a proven track record working within learning & development in a highly operational environment, ideally on a national level. A good understanding of health and safety requirements within a blue collar or industrial businesses is essential.
