Job description

Learning and Development Business Partner - Warrington (with travel) - Upto £45k plus car - Permanent

We are supporting a high growth industrial business in their search for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join the team. This is a high profile role, with responsibility for your own client group in a very diverse business. The team is already well established, and high performing therefore we are seeking someone who will continue to drive an already great service.

What will I be doing?

You will partner with stakeholders across your area to identify learning needs and develop and deliver fit for purpose interventions. They do have some programmes in place, however you will be given the autonomy to adapt or recreate these where necessary to ensure they are absolutely hitting the mark in terms of what the business needs in real time. You will be a vital link between the operational business and the wider corporate piece, ensuring that employees see the value in what you are delivering, and can recognise how this will impact them positively day to day. Key areas of focus will be customer service training, middle management development and the rolling out of appraisal processes which are consistent across the whole business. This role will be a true blend of design, delivery and strategic L&D work.

What are they looking for?

A competent and passionate L&D professional who can work autonomously and be able to truly embed themselves in the business to get under the skin of what they need. You will be comfortable in a varied role which includes delivery, but also gives exposure to the more strategic aspects of L&D. This is a highly operational business, therefore you will have previous experience of working in blue collar, industrial businesses, and will be comfortable working on L&D interventions that cover both operational and broader behavioural subjects.

What happens next?

Please send your CV via the online process to be considered for this role. Shortlisting will begin in early January. Your application will be sent to Lindsey Wroe at Adam Recruitment,
