HR Project Manager
Cheshire - c£45k - Permanent (Hybrid - c3 days office, 2 days home)

What's the context?
This business is going through a huge transformation programme focused on modernisation and digitisation both internally and externally. Internally the focus is on raising the profile of the People team and ensure that all the great stuff they are developing is shouted about and employees know what is available to them from a development and reward perspective. This role of HR Project Manager will be a critical part of this transformation, with a specific focus on HR analytics, and communication in particular with relation to reward and benefits in the business.
What's the role?
Working closely with the Head of HR, the HR Project Manager will look at what exists currently from a reward and benefits perspective, and what could be achieved across the business. Working with key stakeholders to develop and redesign the current offering this is a great opportunity to ensure the business is best in class and is positioned as an employer of choice. Key activities are likely to include competitor analysis, analysis of cost and use of current benefits, partnering with third parties to explore new platforms and offerings, and insights as to what is relevant and attractive to the employee base.
While there is a strong analytical element to this role, there will be an equal focus on developing compelling comms to embed the reward strategy across a geographically and sometimes hard to reach workforce who don't always have access to email. You will work with the wider HR team including the HRBPs and Head of HR to consider the message, ensuring consistent and engaging comms are used to drive awareness and uptake on everything the business has to offer.
Who are we looking for?
This role will really suit someone who has a strong analytical and project skillset, but who also loves to get out into a business, building relationships and talking knowledgeably as the expert on all things reward. You don't have to be a technical reward whizz, the Head of HR will have ultimate responsibility for the strategy, but an interest in reward and bens is really important. You might be a HR generalist with some project or reward exposure, or a comms specialist with experience in a people function, either way as long as you are up for the challenge and are happy to get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.
With offices in North Cheshire, you'd expect to be office based c3 days per week, with 2 from home / in the field with the HRBPs or Head of HR. Salary c£45k.
