HR Business Partner - Greater Manchester - £65,000 - £70,000 doe plus car and bens - Permanent

This business is currently pushing forward with a huge transformation agenda focused on improvement, sustainability and future-fit. There are multiple change programmes underway across the organisation and the HR team is pivotal to ensuring the success of these initiatives. There are very few businesses in the North West at the moment with such ambitious plans!

The HR BP will be part of a highly collaborative team of BPs and Advisors, reporting to the HR Director. You will partner key members of the SLT for your client group, supporting them as they lead their teams through this change while ensuring no negative impact on day to day service levels and output. You will be a sounding board to senior leaders, while also being prepared to roll your sleeves up and support on an incredibly varied people strategy. HR is well embedded in this business and continuing its journey towards being a fully strategic partner, therefore this HRBP should be able to demonstrate what great business partnering looks like and how you can add true value, continually raising the bar and driving improvements.

For this role we are seeking an experienced HRBP who can either demonstrate a talent / development bias or change / transformation bias on a large scale as they look to compliment the existing team with a varied toolkit and set of skills.

You will be someone who thrives in a transformational environment where the pace is fast and relationships are critical to success. You will enjoy building meaning relationships with senior leaders and be able to demonstrate where you have influenced at this level previously. This is a very diverse and complex environment so experience of navigating large businesses, perhaps with a union presence would be advantageous (although the unions piece isn't essential).

A site presence c3 / 4 days per week is the preference for this role.
