They have recently reshaped their HR structure to ensure they are delivering a "best in class" people service, hence this newly created HR Business Partner role.

The role

As HR Business Partner you will own and drive the global HR Strategy on site, taking on a completely generalist role incorporating ER, Recruitment, L&D, Reward and Engagement. Reporting into the MD on site and Head of HR you'll be a member of the site management team and have support from wider talented and effective HR team. You'll be the go to person for all things HR across the site, and work closely with Managers to ensure they have the tools and know how to manage their teams on a day to day basis.

The person

We are looking for someone to is ready to embrace a challenge and take on a HR role which is visible, and closely aligned to the senior leadership team. You must demonstrate previous HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing setting, union experience is highly desirable for this role. Capable of working in a high change environment, you will have a creative approach to HR and thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions and embedding best practice. Above all you will need the right attitude, we are looking for passion, a collaborative approach and the ambition to learn and grow.

In return, you can expect a basic salary circa £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience + great benefits including bonus and attractive share plans, hybrid working 3 days on site and 2 from home and the opportunity for long-term development within a highly successful and evolving business environment.
