HR Business Partner - c£55,000 plus car and bens - Cheshire / Field / Remote - Permanent

Are you a HR Business Partner with a passion for HR transformation and adding true commercial value? This is a well-known and well established organisation with multiple brands within their portfolio. Operating within a highly customer centric and fast paced sector, they are undergoing a variety of change programmes centred on simplification and modernisation.

The HR team is currently undergoing it's own change programme, with a focus on moving towards true business partnering ensuring that HR is seen as a critical business function and adds value to the operation. As part of a wider team this HRBP will partner with the Divisional MD, operating as their sounding board and coach for all things people related. You will work with them as they develop and embed their business strategy, developing the people strategy for your area and working with their leadership team to ensure they are able to confidently lead their teams and drive performance.

You will need to be focused and prepared to educate the business on where they can best get value from their HR team, guiding them towards the relevant specialists in the team for certain things and also pushing back when Managers should take responsibility and accountability. You will also ensure that talent and development programmes are tailored and made bespoke for your area, rather than a 'one size fits all / off the shelf' approach and will ensure that your business area feels heard and valued in the wider business context.

We are looking for someone who has previously operated at HRBP level and has confidently partnered senior stakeholders in commercial businesses, who are strongly focused on commercials and performance and will be able to demonstrate where you have been able to influence and embed a future focused people strategy. Preferably you will have worked in a multi-site environment, which could be retail, leisure, logistics or manufacturing, any business with a geographically spread workforce, working in a fast paced and operational environment.

The role will be based at Head Office in Cheshire with c2-3 days in the office and the rest in the field / home based. The salary on offer is c£55k plus company car and benefits including pension and bonus.
