A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an innovative business as a HR Business Partner. The role will be based in Manchester with travel to multiple sites across the Southern and Northern regions. The business has grown rapidly due to organic growth and acquisition. This role will be crucial in supporting the delivery of a robust HR service across the business.


With strong stakeholder management you will be able to create relationships, motivate and influence. You will be expected to train and coach leaders across the business. Working closely with HR Advisors and offering guidance you will be highly skilled at dealing with complex ER cases. Supporting the business through change, you will develop talent and succession plans and supporting the learning agenda.


Fully CIPD qualified, you will have experience working with a broad and diverse range of employees. We are looking for a methodical, analytical and commercially minded individual, able to deliver. You will need to be accustomed to organisational development and change management. Good understanding and experience of payroll, pension and reward is desirable for this role.
