Job description
HR Advisor - Manchester - £30,000 - £32,000 - Permanent
Our client is entering a new phase of their evolution, having committed to their future direction and growth plans. To support this growth they have reviewed the HR team and are looking to add a HR Advisor to enable the team to work on more value add programmes, in addition to managing the business as usual.
Aligned to a specific business area, you will take responsibility for many of the below areas;
* Offer credible and consistent HR and Employee Relations advice to your stakeholders
* Support with the creation and implementation of new policies and systems
* Being a champion for performance improvement, supporting employees to deliver a positive people management culture
* Support the business and managers through periods of changes of transition
The ideal candidate for this role will be an engaging and credible individual, who builds relationships effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You'll have demonstrable HR generalist experience and a proven track record of developing and delivering impactful HR solutions across a pacy and commercial business.
