The business
We're supporting an evolving high-energy tech business in Manchester to source a HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC, with the strong possibility of evolving into a permanent opportunity as the business expands. They have really exciting business plans ahead and this HR Advisor role will play a vital role in their success. The role
Supporting managers and employees throughout the business, you will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the business and deliver a comprehensive HR service to promote best practice and help underpin performance.

Adept in the full range of generalist HR skills, you will draw on your expertise across employee relations to coach & advise line managers in best-practice people management processes including disciplinary, capability and absence management. You will assist managers in analysing and addressing performance issues with employees using a range of performance management tools and techniques. In addition to supporting with ad-hoc projects as required, you'll be responsible for designing & delivering training and overseeing accreditation and compliance activity.


The candidate
You will need to have previous experience of working in a similar HR Advisor role within a fast paced, commercial, customer service focused environment. Highly-skilled in providing expert advice across a full range of employee relation matters and a sound knowledge of current employment legislation. Preferably CIPD L5 qualified you'll be proficient in all MS Office and HR information systems. You will be a true self-starter, pragmatic and solutions focussed know what good HR looks like and be able to execute a first class HR service promoting a great working culture.


The role is paying £35,000 base doe and offers hybrid working, you will need to be based from central Manchester at least 4 days per week.
