Job description

We're on the lookout for a HR Administrator for a prestigious luxury brand based in North Wales. The business has a global reach but still manages to maintain the feel of a smaller, friendly organisation. There are exciting plans in the pipeline, and this is a fantastic time to join this business.

After a period of successful growth, the brand is looking to supplement their HR team with this key hire. You'll be providing solid HR administration and project coordination for the wider HR team, working on systems and processes, and supporting the business' growth with recruitment.

The role:
In this role, you'll be helping the HR team to constantly innovate and improve. You'll support the Group HRD and the HRBP with diary management and travel arrangements while ensuring HR projects are managed well and kept on track. For this role, you will be required to be in the North Wales office at least 3 days a week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
*Administration of HR Projects
*HRIS System overhaul
*New joiner (probationary review process)
*Performance review process
*Support with recruitment

The ideal candidate:
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who is open, engaging, and collaborative, with a pragmatic approach and sense of personal ownership. You'll be proactive, approachable, results-driven, and an ambassador for the company.

You'll possess a strong work ethic and be used to working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain resilient, calm, and measured, particularly during busy periods. You'll be process-driven with excellent administration skills, a fantastic attention to detail, and an eye for accuracy.

With previous experience working as HR Administrator/Coordinator, you'll have great technical & HRIS capability and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Some knowledge and understanding of employment legislation with a desire to continuously learn is highly desirable.

What's in it for me?
This is a fantastic time to join this exciting, luxury brand, as they are on the rise with a global reach and fantastic reputation. The business operates a generous bonus scheme, which grows with each years' service, as well as other fantastic benefits.

There are fantastic opportunities to grow your career within the organisation, and you will be continuously learning and improving your skills with the support of the team. Although a global brand, the business has managed to maintain a relaxed, SME-feel. Plus, the view from their office is like no other office view you will experience!

Immediately available and short-notice candidates are encouraged. You must be within a commutable distance from North Wales. Please follow the link to apply today or get in touch for more details.
