Head of Talent Acquisition - South East / Remote - £80,000 - £100,000 - 12 month fixed term contract

Are you a Senior Talent Acquisition professional who is excited by leading and supporting a resourcing function to be the best they can be?

We are working with a fantastic brand in the Healthcare space who are undertaking a huge transformation. The goal is to develop and embed an exceptional people experience throughout the organisation, which is underpinned by a positive, supportive culture which fosters collaboration and allows it's people to thrive.

Critical to business success is a Resourcing model which closely aligns to the overall organisational goals and provides outstanding customer experience - both internally and externally, and they are looking for a leader who can help them achieve this.

Offered initially on a 12 month fixed term basis, they have some clear objectives for this person, first and foremost is to understand current state of play and the challenges they have faced /are facing. An audit of 'as is' will be critical, building relationships amongst the team to understand their ideas, capability and where they need support. You will also build relationships across the wider business to understand the perception of the Resourcing function and what is expected of them, dovetailing your findings into recommendations for the Resourcing model going forward.

Additional to supporting and being the voice of the team, you will also assess practical challenges around areas such as systems, tools and processes ultimately understanding what can be improved to allow the team to deliver the exceptional service they aspire to.

The ideal person for this role will have a track record of leading large resourcing teams, and creating a robust, fit for purpose Resourcing models which meet the needs of the business and also allows the team to thrive and grow. You absolutely must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, we are looking for someone who can lead with empathy, resilience and tenacity and be committed to the development of the team through listening and open communication. You will be used to delivering results against a backdrop of transformational change, and will be comfortable working at pace in a fast moving business.

As this role is a 12 month FTC you will ideally be available immediately or at fairly short notice. Office locations are across the South East, however they have a national presence therefore hybrid working can be expected.
