We are supporting this hugely successful professional business to business market leader in the next stage of their people strategy with the newly created Head of Leadership Development role.
A large SME of circa 650 employees and with a global remit, they have a rich history, a real sense of self & identify and are hugely ambitious for future business growth & performance. Based from Manchester, with some UK or occasionally international travel (likely 3-4 times a quarter), they have embraced hybrid working which is typically 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Joining a well established people function, your remit as Head of Leadership Development will be ultimately to devise & deliver a compelling learning management strategy to increase capability in this population, internal mobility & a great colleague journey.
You'll have a full toolkit of Leadership Management tools, and be truly passionate about the subject matter; knowing what works & how to engage, motivate & inspire future & current leaders in a blended learning approach.
It's likely that a good fit to this role would include appropriate experience from with a professional business setting, with key measurables & outcomes signposted to increased performance, engagement & retention of a diverse range of colleagues. You'll possibly have a coaching qualification along with psychometric assessment. Your experience will have also touched on and included wider talent management & talent pooling initiatives.
Package wise, as an initial indication we are looking at basic salary DOE + bonus scheme typically 10% (based on a balanced scorecard), private healthcare + enhanced pension contributions.
