Job Purpose: -The creation of high-quality video and animation to support other marketing collateral and sales materials -To ensure that all motion outputs are on-brand, on message and consistent with the overarching creative vision. -Developing creative solutions for delivery that are fit for purpose in terms of delivery globally as part of the organisation's international growth targets -Support the Photographer and Videographer with editing video footage
Key Responsibilities: -Detailed understanding of the channels in which motion footage is used and ability to adapt outputs to suit -Producing visual concepts to communicate approach and gain buy in/ check understanding of brief prior to mobilisation -Creative problem solving and solutioning -Maintaining an understanding of how content is viewed, shared and promoted across social media and web and championing this in motion outputs -Keeping track of new ideas in animation/ videography to be incorporated into departmental creative outputs -Demonstration of best practice and the ability to evolve content and approach in line with feedback and analytics -Creative thinking around ways in which we can demonstrate the brand and make content as dynamic and engaging as possible
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: -A degree or a qualification in animation, design or motion graphics -Professional experience in Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop -A proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of video production for web and film, with technical knowledge of production, video formats, and editing -Demonstrable experience of colour grading -Demonstrable successful experience in a similar role -Exceptional attention to detail -Be able to juggle different tasks in a fast-paced environment
