Job description

Employee Relations Trainer - Remote / North West - Permanent - Full or part time (Weds - Friday) - c£45k

Are you an employee relations / employment law professional with a passion for training and client facing work? This is a unique role which blends the best of both worlds and provides the opportunity to be creative and develop bespoke interventions for a wide and diverse range of clients across the UK. The business are a small but very successful professional services organisation who have continued to expand their client over the last few years. Additionally, while established in the North West they have recently moved to being completely remote therefore you have the choice of being home based, or working from a serviced office close to you, they will also have regular get teams get togethers at venues in the North West. There will be a requirement to travel across the UK to client sites, however these are planned in advance.

The role itself will be focused on creating and delivering ER and employment law training programmes for both managers and HR teams within a variety of businesses across multiple sectors. This will be via workshops, webinars and digital solutions such as animated videos and e-learning. As a small business there could also be the opportunity to get involved in company wide projects and business development if that is something you are interested in.

The right person will ideally have extensive employee relations experience and be used to working with senior managers in large organisations to coach and guide them through people issues. You will ideally have a natural interest in delivering training and desire to learn more in this space. It would be great if you have experience of designing engaging and accessible training using solutions such as articulate, but this isn't essential if you have the ER and training delivery experience. You will be real team player, happy working in a small but extremely successful business, and have a client centric approach where you seek solutions and have a creative approach.

We are able to offer this role on either a full or part time basis, if part time the working pattern would be Wednesday - Friday. You can be based any where in the UK, however note that team events etc are likely to be held in the North West and there will be a requirement to travel.

Please send your CV to be considered for this unique role.
