Role: Web Analyst (Digital Marketing)

Location: Manchester ( 9-5 Hybrid with 2 days in the office).

About the role

  • The role will support the company's philosophy by incorporating the company's values into daily activities and your approach to customers and other stakeholders, for example, supporting the "Global Team" within the marketing function.
  • In addition, focal for all web analytics (web & app) to support the company's data-driven ethos.
  • Provide effective and timely analytics setup, support, and training to the European & Global network, offering guidance and solutions to problems as and when required.
  • You will communicate and present to stakeholders across the globe at all levels on the strategic direction and the future of web analytics.
  • You will drive quality and demonstrate ROI across platforms, new business initiatives, and campaigns.
  • This is a hands-on role where you will help visualize Omni-channel and connected customer experiences using analytics tools.
  • Ensure robust reporting methods across Europe - defining GA4 platform setup, data layer requirements, site tagging, and more.
  • Day-to-day troubleshooting and support within GA, LookerStudio & GTM.
  • Ensure smooth processing and governance of analytics requests across the business, considering GDPR compliance, performance, and value.
  • Team building and supporting the development of the local offices and departmental activities.
  • Support the teams on A/B & CRO analysis.
  • Ensure European GDPR compliance and cookie management across the web estate.

About you

  • We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to join our European Digital Marketing team. You will help define and drive our technologies to achieve business growth.
  • You will take responsibility for developing strategies and solutions to meet their business objectives based on their European initiatives; Spotting trends, innovations, and new technologies that support the achievement of business goals, as well as familiarity with SEM/SEO techniques are beneficial skills to have in this position.
  • You will be an integral part of the team who will support the department, the business, and the European offices to develop and evolve ideas to meet business goals and to improve the customer's experience online.
