Job Spec:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Business: Property Services, multiple brands & territories across the UK
Location: Manchester
Base Salary: £35k - £42k base salary depending upon experience
Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, 25 days holidays

Focus of the role: To take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and potentially a genuine opportunity for the right person to move up to Head of Marketing role 12-18 months after joining the business.
Full Mix digital focus. The three main priorities of the role are web optimisation (content & customer journeys), social media development and management of affiliate advertising.

Job Description includes but not limited to:

*Owning & executing a digital marketing strategy to achieve lead generation & brand management focus
*Own & manage all websites, improving customer journey, content, traffic channels & other partner relationships
*Creating innovative & co-ordinated campaigns data strategies to increase new customers and maximise existing relationships through cross selling in conjunction with participation with the marketing team
*Ability in terms of ROI improvement measurement & reporting. Keeping abreast of and using new technologies to give the organisation a competitive advantage.
*Outline a digital marketing strategy for all organic & paid digital marketing activity including SEO/SEM, programmatic and social
*Performance campaign planning to maximise web performance & ROI.
*Working with the marketing team to ensure all marketing campaigns have strong online support
* Manage relationships with portal partners & an agency relationship
*Create & deliver first rate digital marketing plans to increase conversion rate & a social media programme
*Ensure user journeys are optimised and aligned with UX testing and digital content guidelines.
Skills & Backgrounds:
Flexibility with regards to some travel around the UK
Experience working with Affiliate Marketing (rather than advertising partners)
Proven track record building successful digital marketing teams.
Keeps uptodate with technology trends
Proven ability managing multiple websites for a large corporate organisation
Invest in continued professional development, ensuring both you and key stakeholders have the knowledge and information necessary to remain up-to-date with digital marketing and technological trends and developments.
Proven experience of SEO, PPC, paid media, social, affiliate marketing, display, programmatic, data strategy, attribution, conversion optimisation, content management, campaign development, content marketing and UX testing/implementation.
