The Role....

A talented Digital Account Manager is needed to join our growing Digital team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised go-getter who can build strong partnerships with our client stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring a fantastic service experience and proactively working with internal and client teams in responding to and generating new business opportunities. Experience in the digital marketing sector is essential and in particular managing ecommerce websites.
*To work across both UK and Ireland
*To be a partner to the client and able to work at their offices in Chertsey 2 days a week
*To own the client relationship and pipeline for one or more of the online customer divisions
*Manage operational relationships across projects from development, to delivery and evaluation
*Coordinate across multiple internal departments; Data, UX, Design, Development, Strategy, Project Management, SEO and Publishing teams to optimise new content and deliver campaigns across .com
*Use website analytics data and insight to validate work, optimise campaigns and improve the Customer Decision Journey
*Provide 'best practice' recommendations for template website pages
*Work closely with external digital marketing and agency group partners
*Ensure account and project management are continually aligned
*To work closely with the Strategy team and define new proactive opportunities.
*To establish and develop processes within the Account Management team, and wider agency, to make sure we get the most out of each other when it comes to providing client work

*Previous experience at Account Manager level
*Substantial experience in Digital and Performance Marketing
*Numerate, with solid business and financial acumen
*Experience working with performance data to evaluate client strategy and develop and build proposals to achieve KPIs
*A good understanding of insight tools and analytics packages (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
*Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
*Experience of working with CMS's, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketing Cloud tool
